Q: How do I qualify for local delivery?

A: Our roastery is located in Pickerington, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, and we offer free local delivery to the Columbus area. If you live within 20 minutes of downtown, we'll hand deliver your coffee the same day we roast it. 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free for any order over $25 (two bags) if shipped within the United States. This excludes merch.

We charge a flat rate of $4.90 for orders less than $25. This is a discounted rate. We cover some of the costs to ensure fast shipping (1-3 days).

Non-US shipping is calculated at checkout with flexible delivery options.

 Q: How long does shipping take?

A: 1-3 business days for all US orders.

We want you to get your coffee fast and enjoy all the delicious flavors fresh coffee offers, so we only use USPS priority mail shipping.

We provide tracking for every order.
