Toffee, caramel, cocoa powder
This is a subtle, full-bodied coffee. Sweet yet earthy with notes of toffee, caramel, cocoa powder, chocolate bread, malted grains, and almond meal. Nice, rich mouthfeel with pleasant aromatics.
Timor is not commonly known as a coffee producer, but this is an excellent example of what the region can offer. It is comparable to coffees from Central America.
