Our coffee is roasted to order and shipped or locally delivered the same day to ensure optimal freshness.

Our updated roasting schedule for winter: We now only roast on Mondays. All orders placed by 10 am Monday will be fulfilled that week. Orders after Monday will be fulfilled the next week. This is a temporary winter schedule.
