This coffee is sweet and smooth with subtle notes of citrus fruit, chocolate, and toffee. It is a product of the ASPROCDEGUA cooperative, a producing organization founded by master cupper Noe Quintero.
The benefit of a coffee cooperative is that small farmers combine their resources to support one another and command higher prices, which ensures a better life for farmers and small producers at origin.
